SALMON PUFFS | |
1 can salmon 1/2 c. flour 1 egg 1 heaping tsp. baking powder Drain liquid off salmon, keeping 1/4 cup of liquid. Mix salmon, egg and flour this will give a very dry mixture. You may want to add a dash of pepper. Add baking powder to 1/4 cup of liquid. A foamy layer will form. Pour into dry mixture and stir. Form mixture into balls, drop into hot grease. Salmon puffs will turn golden brown when done. |
