SALMON PUFFS | |
1 lb. can salmon 1 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs 3 eggs, well beaten 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 pinch salt and dash of pepper Remove skin and bones from salmon, chop very fine. Pack in custard cups or muffin tins. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. |
