RICE BEAN SALAD - A MAN PLEASER 
1 c. cooked rice
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. sweet pickle, chopped
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Crisp lettuce or salad greens

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Chill in refrigerator. Serve on crisp greens. Makes 6 or 8 servings.

NOTE: For the best flavor combine ingredients while rice is hot.
