SOUTHWESTERN RICE 'N BEAN SALAD 
2 c. rice, cooled
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 lg. tomato, chopped
3/4 c. cubed Kraft Natural Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until cool.
