STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, slightly drained
2 lg. bananas, sliced (optional)
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add pineapple, berries and bananas. Pour half of the mixture into salad bowl or mold. Chill until firm. Spread sour cream over chilled layer. Pour the remaining mixture over sour cream. Chill until firm.
