STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello (or 1 lg.)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
4 lg. bananas
Nuts (optional)
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Stir in frozen strawberries. Keep stirring until strawberries melt. This will cause Jello to thicken. Then add bananas (sliced) and pineapple. Pour half of mixture into square pan or oblong dish.

Set in refrigerator and let congeal. Spread sour cream over congealed salad. Then pour the rest of the Jello mixture over the sour cream. Put back into the refrigerator to finish congealing.
