CONGEALED CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. raw cranberries
1 med. size orange
1 c. celery, cut up
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange Jello
2 c. sugar

Grind together cranberries and orange. Dissolve Jello and add remaining ingredients. Pour in individual molds or 1 large one. Let stand in refrigerator until congealed. Especially good with turkey or chicken. Serves 8-10.
