SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 to 8 fresh mushrooms
1 can Chef Boyardee spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 pt. canned tomatoes
Garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano or to taste
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Saute onion, green pepper and add mushrooms. Remove from electric fry pan and brown hamburger, stirring to break up. Remove excess fat drippings. Return vegetables and meat to pan. Add sauces and canned tomatoes. Stir in seasonings. Simmer about 20 to 30 minutes until a thick consistency. Serve on pasta of your choice. Freezes well.
