SPINACH CASSEROLE 
8 oz. spinach shells, cooked
6 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. melted butter
4 oz. Mozzarella, grated
8 oz. Cheddar, grated
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Serves 12.
