HOT SEAFOOD SALAD | |
2 c. tuna, lobster, crab or shrimp 1 1/2 c. celery, cut up 1 green pepper, chopped 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced 1 c. sliced mushrooms 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped Juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. buttered crumbs 1/2 c. slivered almonds Mix first 13 ingredients, moisten with mayonnaise and place in a 2 quart baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and almonds and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. 8 servings. |
