HOT SEAFOOD SALAD | |
1 c. raw macaroni, cooked 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat (or lobster) Dash of pepper 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained (or frozen shrimp) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 c. buttered bread crumbs or grated cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs or grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You can add parboiled carrots, diced and frozen peas, too! This freezes well and is very good. Serves 6. |
