BUTTERSCOTCH FONDUE - MICROWAVE | |
1 pkg. or 48 caramels candy 1/3 c. whipping cream 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. brandy if desired Dippers: cake cubes, fruit Place caramels, cream and salt in dish. Microwave on high 2 minutes, stir. Then microwave 1 to 2 minutes more until caramels can be stirred smooth. Stir in brandy. Pour fondue into pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with dippers. |
