BUTTERSCOTCH FONDUE - MICROWAVE 
1 pkg. or 48 caramels candy
1/3 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brandy if desired
Dippers: cake cubes, fruit

Place caramels, cream and salt in dish. Microwave on high 2 minutes, stir. Then microwave 1 to 2 minutes more until caramels can be stirred smooth. Stir in brandy. Pour fondue into pot or chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with dippers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
