CHOCOLATE/BUTTERSCOTCH
MARSHMALLOW BARS
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (11 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. raisins
1 (16 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter on Medium-high power for 2 minutes; stir. Add raisins. Microwave at additional 10 to 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Cool for 1 minute. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Spread into a foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
