BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE (Microwave) 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
1 (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

In 2 1/2 quart casserole dish combine sugar, butter and milk; heat 9 - 10 1/2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring once, on High power. Add remaining ingredients and stir until butterscotch is melted. Turn into well greased oblong baking dish. Cool; cut into squares to serve.

For chocolate fudge use 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces.

For white fudge use 12 oz. white chocolate pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
