LEMON BAKE CHICKEN 
4 lemons
1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice

Marinate chicken in lemon juice for 1 hour in refrigerator. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture. Place chicken pieces in greased baking pan and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until brown.
