DROPPED NOODLES 
3 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. water
1 pinch salt

Beat eggs in large bowl with a fork. Add water and salt; beat for a minute. Add 1 cup flour at a time. Knead for a couple minutes. Set aside for 1/2 hour. Stretch dough on cutting board and cut dough into bite-sizes and drop noodles in large boiling water pan as you cut. Noodles cooked when raised onto surface. Remove cooked noodles with slotted spoon to serving bowl. Repeat until the dough is used.
