DRESSING FOR 10 TO 12 LB. TURKEY 
1 c. butter
2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. onion soup mix
10 c. bread cubes
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. hot water

In large skillet, melt butter, saute chopped celery until tender, stir in soup mix. In large bowl beat eggs, combine bread cubes, add celery, onion soup mixture and toss lightly. Sprinkle water over and toss. Can add chopped giblets or mushrooms. Can bake in a covered container if needed or in a turkey.
