TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lb. hash browns O'Brien
1 to 2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 stick butter, cubed
Onion to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz. sour cream

Stir together all ingredients and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
