1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed, cut in half, and risen at room temperature until doubled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed, drained, and chopped coarse
6 thin slices boiled ham (from deli), chopped
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. spicy mustard
Pepper to taste
1 egg, slightly beaten
