CHICKEN IN MUSHROOM CHEESE SAUCE 
1 sm. fryer chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can mushrooms, juice and all
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Cut up chicken. Lay pieces in flat 9 x 13 pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix remaining ingredients. Cook until cheese is melted. Pour over chicken. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Do not cover or stir.
