CHICKEN BREASTS IN MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
4 lg. chicken breasts, boned & halved
Salt
Garlic salt
Paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.)
2 tbsp. dried parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt, garlic salt and paprika. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Mix soup and cream together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
