CHICKEN ROLL - UPS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. cooked ground chicken
1/2 c. celery, finely ground
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 c. white wine
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Softened butter
Loaf of sandwich bread crust removed

Soften cream cheese. Beat all ingredients together well. Roll out slices of bread with rolling pin. Spread softened butter on bread and then chicken mixture. Roll jelly roll fashion and wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in 5 slices before serving. Serves 16.
