SHRIMP REMOULADE 
4 tbsp. yellow mustard with horseradish
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery

Mix with seasoned shrimp; also tastes delicious mixed with potato salad.
