1 1/2 lb. Oreo cookies, processed in food processor
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Mix all other ingredients and creamed mixture, except Oreo cookies. Refrigerate 5 minutes while processing cookies.

Layer cookies, pudding, cookies, pudding finishing on top with cookies. Serve in flower pot with shovel. Put fake flowers in center. Top dirt with 3-4 gummy worms. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
