TERIYAKI STEAK 
2 lbs. steak, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. maple-blended syrup
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Place steak in glass dish. Add all other ingredients in small bowl. Cover steak, both sides, with the mixture. Cover dish. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours. Place steak on rack in boiler pan or on grill. Broil to taste.
