TENDER STEAK AND GRAVY 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. cubed steak (tenderized)
1 tbsp. oil
2 pkgs. instant brown gravy mix
Flour
Pepper
1/2 c. milk

Coat meat in milk and then dip in mixture of flour and pepper. Brown in a large skillet in oil. Remove meat and drain excess oil. Mix gravy mix in skillet as directed on packages. Put meat back in. Cook about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
