CHICKEN MEDLEY 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked, boned, cut up
2 boxes frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise + 3 tbsp. for topping
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions and place in bottom of greased 10"x13"x2" baking dish. Cook broccoli and arrange over stuffing. Cut cooked chicken into small pieces and place on top of broccoli.

Pour mixture of chicken soup and 1 cup mayonnaise over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix bread crumbs with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise and cover casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown. Serves 6 to 8.
