PEPPER DIP 
4 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. onion

2 tbsp. butter in double boiler

2 eggs

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Add to butter and cook until thick. Take off stove and add 1/2 pound cream cheese, pepper and onion. Let set all day until it thickens.
