2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. white wine vinegar

Combine ingredients and spread on meat. Cover meat and let marinate 2 hours or more. Turn several times. Pierce meat with fork before spreading marinade.
