CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 skinless chicken breasts
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup, with can refilled with milk
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) mushroom pieces

Place 4 chicken breasts in 1 quart casserole, greased. Add cooked rice, mushroom soup with soup can of milk, mushroom pieces, and half of onion soup mix. Pour into casserole dish and top with other half of dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
