CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
Approximately 5 pieces chicken
1 c. rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt butter in casserole dish, add rice and soup. Place chicken on top. Season to taste. Add water. Cook covered at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Uncover, cook about 10 more minutes.

This wasn't what I was looking for but I think I can add the spices that was in the other recipe to it and it would be similar. I have used this recipe for maybe 20 years and all at once I can't find it. Thanks for the good recipes.
