CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 to 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Chicken pieces

Mix soups and milk together. Add rice. Pour into baking dish. Lay desired number of chicken pieces on top (skinned or skin side up). Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 300 for at least 3-4 hours.
