SHRIMP CURRY 
1 lb. cooked shrimp
Juice of lemon
2 to 3 tbsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c. raisins
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream
1 onion
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 stick butter

Saute' onion and garlic in butter. Add shrimp, curry, salt, pepper, soup, raisins and mushrooms. Cook over slow heat (about 15 minutes). About 15 minutes before serving, add sour cream; 5 minutes before serving add lemon juice. Serve over rice.
