SHRIMP CURRY 
1 lb. lg. shrimp, washed and deveined
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 c. water
2 c. hot cooked rice
Raisins
Shredded coconut

Place shrimp in non-metal container. Combine lemon juice, garlic powder and onion salt. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 10 minutes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and green pepper. Saute. Stir in curry powder. Add water slowly. Simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Garnish with raisins and coconut. Serve hot. 4 servings.
