BEEF & TORTELLINI SOUP 
1 lb. chop meat
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes in puree
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 (9 oz.) pkg.) tortellini
1 tsp. dried basil
1 zucchini, chopped

In a large Dutch oven cook beef until browned, pour off fat. Add tomatoes, undiluted onion soup, green beans, tortellini, basil and 3 1/2 cups water. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat, cook 10 minutes. Add zucchini, cook, uncovered 10 minutes.
