EASY ANGINETTI CREAM PUFFS 
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Stella D'oro Anginetti cookies

Slice top off Anginetti cookie. Set aside. Drain crushed pineapple, leaving a little juice. Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese together in a bowl for about 1 minute. Add pineapple and beat for 1 minute at low speed. Drop this filling from tablespoon on to bottom (indented) half of cookies. Then place tops on each cookie. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
