PECAN RUM PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. dark rum
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. corn syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all together in large bowl. Add 3 cups pecans, mix well. Pour into two pie shells and bake 30-45 minutes.
