FLUFFY FRUIT SALAD 
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange rind
3 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 env. unflavored gelatin

Beat egg slightly. Stir in orange juice and sugar. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Soften gelatin in lemon juice, add to hot mixture. Cook until gelatin dissolves. Grate orange rind into grater bowl. Add hot mixture. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Add only desired fruit, about 3 cups drained. Chill. Omit gelatin for a dressing to pour over fruit.
