FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 can apricots, drained and pureed or cut in sm. pieces
4 bananas, sliced
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Boil the pineapple juice and sugar for 2 minutes. If not enough juice from crushed pineapple, use some syrup from apricots. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients and pour into cupcake papers, about 1/4 cup in each. Freeze. Makes 2 dozen.
