FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 (12 oz.) can Sprite or 7-Up
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
1 (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
3 sliced bananas
1 lg. can pineapple

Any fruit can be used that freezes well.

Mix all ingredients together. Pour in individual cups or containers. Thaw 30- 60 minutes before eating. Very good and very refreshing.
