1 pkg. regular cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Combine cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill in bowl for 2 hours. Shape in ball and roll in nuts. Chill another hour. Serve with graham crackers or keep at room temperature and use as dip.
