WATERGATE SALAD 
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 carton (9 oz.) whipped topping
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional

Add dry pudding mix to undrained pineapple; fold in other ingredients. Pour into a 10x13 inch dish. Chill until set; it will not be firm. Makes 6 servings.
