1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio INSTANT pudding mix
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1/2 to 1 c. sm. marshmallows, more or less
1/2 c. walnuts, cut

Mix dry instant pudding mix with pineapple and juice. Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts. Mix well. Chill.

VARIATIONS:

1. Add 1 cup marshmallows, 1/2 cup cherries and 2 diced bananas.

2. Add 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup cottage cheese. Serve on lettuce.

3. Add 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and put in a crumb crust. Chill for pie.
