PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 lb. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. carton of Cool Whip
1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
Ground walnuts

Mix the dry pistachio pudding mix with the Cool Whip. Drain most of the syrup from the pineapple and add it to the pistachio-Cool Whip mixture. Stir well and sprinkle with nuts. Chill and serve. Can add miniature marshmallows if desired.
