3 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
Garlic salt (optional)
1/2 c. grated cheese
Parsley
4 eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper zucchini - set aside. Mix above ingredients well. Then add zucchini. Pour into greased pie plate. Put grated Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
