OYSTER BOUNDSIE 
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 doz. cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. white wine, dry
1 pt. oysters
2-3 dashes Tabasco
Juice of 2 lemons
1 stick butter

Drain oysters for 30 minutes in a colander. Saute all ingredients except oysters, for 20-30 minutes. Add wine and bring to a boil. Turn off until ready to serve. When ready to serve, reheat and add oysters. Cook 10 minutes and serve on dry, thinly sliced French bread.
