SPINACH SOUFFLE 
1 box spinach
1 c. sharp shredded cheese
1 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. melted butter

Drain spinach, mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
