SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
1 c. chopped spinach 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 c. cottage cheese 1 egg white, well beaten Cook spinach and onion in saucepan over low heat until spinach is tender, stirring frequently; drain well. Stir in cottage cheese; fold in egg white. Pour into ungreased small baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until done. |
