CHRISTMAS CHERRY MOLD 
1 lb. pkg. cranberries
2 med. red apples (don't peel)
1 1/2 c. marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping

Wash berries and apples. Put through grinder. Also grind marshmallows. Add sugar and let stand 15 minutes.

Make Jello using only 2 cups hot water (don't add any more water.) When cool, add to berry mixture. Mix well. Pour into mold.

When firm - turn out on plate. When ready to serve, put whipped topping in center of mold. Garnish with maraschino cherry and mint leaf.
