FRESH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
Ingredients:
1 c. oat bran
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. non-fat dry milk

Wet Ingredients:
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites - beaten with 1 tsp. corn oil
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. fresh blueberries

In large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Mix well.

In medium bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Mix well.

Combine dry and wet ingredients. Stir only to moisten. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
